MicroCool Atomizing Humidification

October 14, 2020 by Bill Reagan

MicroCool manufactures high pressure atomizing fog humidification and cooling systems for a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications. Using state-of-art engineered equipment, MicroCool delivers high-pressure, flash evaporative, 10 micron atomized fog humidification to a controlled space.

How Does It Work?

MiroCool provides a packaged high-pressure humidifier pump module capable of serving multiple independently controlled zones. Each zone is equipped with a calibrated fog humidification distribution nozzles. A single small hydraulic loop connects the humidifier pump to all nozzles. The pump automatically re-circulates the water through filters and an UV light daily for hygienic purposes. All components for a complete installation including water filtration, if necessary, are provided by MicroCool.

Let’s See It In Action

Who Needs It?

Any commercial or industrial application requiring temperature and humidity control is a good candidate. Applications with large square footage and loads benefit from the ability to scale up and serve multiple zones independently. Some of this industries include: Electronics manufacturers, printing plants, woodworking, laboratories, grow rooms, food production, plastics and more.

How About Covid-19 Mitigation?

Occupant safety is of utmost importance. Maintaining proper humidity control in occupied environments is essential to mitigate the growth and lifespan of respirable contaminants.  This often referenced Sterling style chart below provides an idea of optimal humidity ranges as compared to the activity of various airborne organisms. Plus the Optimum Zone allows for better worker comfort and productivity.

MicroCool is ideal for retrofitting humidification into facilities such as nursing homes, office buildings, dentist offices, schools, factories and other high density population areas.
